A goal of MGS is to ensure that the women and their families have what they need to stay healthy and flourish. We visit homes when ever possible and identify needs that are important for the health of the women and children.

In the summer of 2022 we provided all thirty women with solar powered lamps. This was based on an identified need from the women.

Tharaka Nithi, is very dry. the rains have been unpredictable and farming has been difficult. MGS now provided the women with Maize and Beans on a regular bases until the rains stabilize and farming can resume.

In 2020, Mandelina's house was fell apart due to heavy rains. We were able to build her a new home made from sundried bricks on her land.
