Susan comes from Kauthani Village. She has four children, two girls and two boys. Two are in secondary school and two are in primary school. She has no money to pay for the school fees. She was able to make it to class eight, but had to drop out due to lack of school fees.
She and her husband have a small plot of land that they farm for their food. They also have chickens, a few goats and two cows. This year, she will sell a cow for school fees.
Susan’s small home has no power or water. She has to walk three times a day for water.
If she is successful at selling her kiondos, she will be able to have a stable source of income.
Susan thanks you for assisting her to make a living and giving her something to be proud of.
